From Exeter (26miles)
- Take M5 to Exeter.
- Pass Exeter and at Junction 31 continue forward onto A38.
- At Kennford services the road will split into the A380 and A38. Take left fork A380 to Newton Abbot and Torquay.
- Continue along A380 on reaching roundabout at Newton Abbot continue straight towards Torquay.
- At next roundabout take the second exit on to Hamelin Way (ring road).
- Continue driving straight on along the ring road following directions to Brixham for approximately 6 miles.
- On reaching major traffic lights, go straight up the hill, keeping to the left (Bookers Cash & carry on the right).
- At second set of traffic lights take the right hand lane and turn right. Sainsbury's supermarket should now be on your left.
- Drive up small incline and then turn right into Rodgers Ind. Est. Turn left into the cul-de-sac. The Flexiguide building should now be in front of you.
From Plymouth (28miles)
- From the A38 take junction for Totnes and Paignton A385.
- Continue along A385 through Totnes to Paignton.
- At major traffic lights entering Paignton take the right lane and turn right.
- Drive up hill, keeping left, past traffic lights.
- On approaching second traffic lights enter right hand lane and turn right. Sainsbury's supermarket should now be on your left.
- Drive up small incline and then turn right into Rodgers Ind. Est. Turn left into the cul-de-sac. The Flexiguide building should now be in front of you.
